As our services are very low cost, there are some fees associated with certain payment methods:

UK Direct Debit: No fees (UK residents &amp; UK companies only)

SEPA Direct Debit: No fees (only for VAT registered businesses in the EU)

- For bills below €5: 5% fee
- For bills above €5: 3% fee

PayPal, Visa credit, Mastercard credit, American Express:

- For bills below €5: 10% fee
- For bills above €5: 5% fee

If you wish to remain anonymous in your payment, or prefer not to use a digital payment, you can mail us British Pound banknotes (not coins) at your own expense, only if you prepay for at least 6 months of service, and the transaction is higher than £50 (Why pounds? Our bank doesn't let us deposit other currencies as we are a British company - you can use a local exchange office if you wish to convert your cash into British Pounds banknotes).
