As our services are very low cost, there are some fees associated with certain payment methods:

  • UK Direct Debit: No fees (UK residents & UK companies only)

  • SEPA Direct Debit: No fees (only for VAT registered businesses in the EU)

  • Visa debit, Mastercard debit:

    • For bills below €5: 5% fee

    • For bills above €5: 3% fee

  • PayPal, Visa credit, Mastercard credit, American Express:

    • For bills below €5: 10% fee

    • For bills above €5: 5% fee

At this time we do not accept:

  • Anonymous prepaid cards/gift cards

  • Discontinued card brands: V Pay, Maestro

  • Cards issued in Russia, Belarus, Iran, and Syria due to sanctions

  • Cryptocurrencies

Cash payments:

  • If you wish to remain anonymous in your payment, or prefer not to use a digital payment, you can mail us British Pound banknotes (not coins) at your own expense, only if you prepay for at least 6 months of service, and the transaction is higher than £50 (Why pounds? Our bank doesn't let us deposit other currencies as we are a British company - you can use a local exchange office if you wish to convert your cash into British Pounds banknotes).
