Learn what the process to sign-up is like

Currently, so we don't run out of resources too quickly, we are accepting requests to sign-up on a case-by-case basis, this is what the process will look like:

  1. Customer sends a sign-up request by clicking the "Sign up" button on the home screen of the site.

  2. A human from wedotyou will get in touch with the customer and understand what they intend to use our hosting services for, and how much resources they require

  3. wedotyou will build a quote based on what you have requested (sometimes free!)

  4. You can either accept, or reject this quote

  5. If accepted, you'll be sent an invoice, and a document outlining our policies on what you can and can't do with our services (viewable in our terms of service) - once you accept our policy document, and pay the invoice, your services will be provisioned with your own SSH keys.

  6. Once your services have been successfully provisioned, you will be emailed all the details you need, such as your VM IP, and login details for the VM management dashboard.

  7. At this point, you will receive a bill every month for our services, which you can opt-in to be paid automatically.

  8. If you wish to cancel, you can do so as long as you submit this request more than 5 days before your next bill is generated.
