These Terms govern your use of the Service provided by Honeybank Studios LTD (Registered in England. Company No 12680460) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
1. Service Description
The Service offers VPS hosting. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that our services will meet your expectations.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
Violate the laws of the UK, USA, and/or Netherlands.
Host or distribute any illegal or malicious content, including malware, spam, or copyrighted material without permission.
Use excessive server resources or interfere with other customers' services.
Send marketing or spam emails
Send transactional emails without prior authorisation from us
Create DoS attacks or other abusive network behaviour
Run public VPNs/proxies/relays
Run a cryptocurrency miner or node
Distribute content which attacks or harms members of the LGBTQ+ community
4. Billing & Payments
All services are billed according to the pricing plan selected. Payments must be made within 7 days of receipt to avoid suspension or termination of services.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your services at any time by submitting a request to us at least 5 days before your next bill. Refunds are not provided.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse our services.
7. Data Backup
We do not back-up your content, it is your responsibility to maintain backups of your own data. The Service is not liable for any loss of data.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to the TOS
We may update these Terms of Service at which point users will be given 30 days notice before they become binding, in which they can chose to continue using our services or deny the change and suspend use of our services.
