We have temporarily halted sales

Unfortunately, wedotyou is currently struggling to have enough hardware capacity and human resources to support our customers with the service you'd rightfully expect from us, so we are temporarily halting the sale of our VMs until we can obtain more hardware and focus on supporting our existing customers. We apologise to our existing customers for the low level of service you have received in the past few weeks, please rest assured that we are working to move to a new datacentre with 10x the capacity of our previous colocation, and are working on expanding our existing 3 person team to provide quicker access to customer service when you need it.

If you are an existing customer you can still manage your VMs from our customer dashboard, and if you need any assistance you can contact us through the live chat in the bottom right, and we aim to get back to you within 2 hours during working hours, and otherwise 24 hours.

For new customers, be aware that we are currently not provisioning new VMs, if you'd like to be email when capacity becomes available you can fill in our sign-up form, however please don't expect to receive an update at least for a couple of weeks. Our current ETA for extended capacity is the end of May.
